My Resume Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://www.myresumeservices.com (the “Site”), including our free AI Resume Reviser and our career and personal finance content. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about it.
Information we collect
Resume content you submit
When you use the AI Resume Reviser, you provide the text of your resume and, optionally, a target job title or description. We use this only to generate your revised resume, ATS score, and suggestions.
We do not store your resume. It is processed in real time to create your result and is not saved to our servers afterward. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except as needed to generate your revision (see “AI processing” below).
Information you give us
If you contact us, join an email list, or submit a form, we collect what you provide, such as your name and email address.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring source, through cookies and similar technologies. We use a hashed version of your IP address only to prevent abuse of the free tool.
AI processing of your resume
To generate your revision, the text you submit is sent securely to our AI processing provider, Anthropic (the maker of Claude), which returns the rewritten content. Anthropic processes the text to produce your result and does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. We do not keep a copy of your resume after returning your result.

- To protect the Site and prevent abuse, fraud, and spam

Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies (for example, to remember your tool session and unlock status), analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage, and advertising and affiliate cookies from our partners. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Advertising and affiliate links
The Site is supported by advertising and affiliate partnerships. Some links are affiliate links, and some features may be unlocked for free in exchange for signing up for a partner offer. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, including our AI provider (Anthropic), analytics providers, advertising and affiliate networks, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We do not retain resume content after generating your result. Contact and email data is kept until you ask us to remove it. Analytics and server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with industry norms.
Your rights and choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, control cookies in your browser, and request access to or deletion of personal information we hold by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
